Have recently used Buzgon Davis for some elder law issues to get advice concerning a family member entering a nursing facility. In addition, there were POA’s and will revisions. There was even an occasion where three young ladies were sent to the nursing facility to execute the signing of legal documents by the family member.They were punctual and kind.I highly recommend this law firm based on my personal experience. Also, the fees were what I considered to be very reasonable for the services rendered.

Received a 60 minute consultation for free as part of my employee benefits package. I thanked him and ended the call after 14 minutes because respect and willingness to share his knowledge just wasn't there. The attorney I spoke to did address my POA question but I had to rephrase my issue and restate my question several times before a resolution was offered. He was condescending in his tone and advised of the complexities of legal procedure using the analogy of a layman working on a car and calling me a girl. I have represented myself Pro Se on some serious matters and was excited to speak with a legal professional, I had a very disappointing experience to say the least.

I studied YouTube, they studied law. They got their clients money, and I got my win. If you find yourself going against this firm, you should have no problem winning. If you're considering to hire this firm, I'd keep shopping. Any firm that has to advertise on the city bus, is equivalent to a back page firm and ambulance chaser in my opinion. Her lawyer going against me, was nothing more than a paper pusher, and he even screwed that up. I owe her lawyer a Christmas card because of how easy it was to win. I can say with 100% confidence, if attorney Luch is your attorney, you'll probably pay for his mistakes, based off what I've seen. Thank you again.

Very helpful when initially getting their retainer but then the service went down hill fast. Paperwork wasn’t filed correctly with court and pushed my case back and since then have had zero responses to anything that needs done with my case unless I send multiple emails ( which I then get charged for even with no response). Have had numerous things come up that needed addressed in a timely manner and end up waiting weeks for a reply if I get one. The office staff is also very unresponsive and when there in person are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
