This so called attorney was hired to represent my dad and failed to appear to a court hearing today 9/10/24. He appeared to the first couple hearings, but did not communicate any information to what was said during those hearings. No communication what’s so ever. My dad called him for an update and this ‘lawyer’ told him he was was already home and to not call him, OR he can give him 1k dollar in cash and he can lay his case to rest. My dad has already paid a 4k retainer fee for his services and him asking to bring 1k in cash to his home sounds suspicious. Now we need to find a new lawyer and not to mention the double cost for everything. Do not recommend. Taking advantage of those who truly need legal help baffles me, especially when we all know how expensive legal fees can be.

If I could give this man 0 stars I would. Do not hire him, this man is a fraud!!! In need of help, my father was in search of someone who was of Spanish speaking who can help him with his case. He asked for a 4K retainer fee, after ONE court visit, this man was asking for an additional 1k. He was never thorough on how the case was going. On top of that, He’s very unprofessional! My father called him and rudely answered the phone and said “I’m at my house in the middle of dinner, call to make an appointment” and hung up the phone. This man did not show to the most recent court date due to my father not giving him another 1k. He has never provided my father with an invoices on where the 4K went! Please stay away from this lawyer and find someone else!!
