After "messing around" with a different law firm who kept losing my paperwork and obviously dragging out the case for their benefit, the professionalism and capability of of everyone at this law firm gave me hope again, and the ability to go that extra mile. Mr. Walkenhorst was able to settle my case without my having to go to court, in an extremely timely manner. While he could have made more money for himself by moving slower, he didn't. This tells me that his first concern was his client. Me! I would recommend the Disability Benefits Law Center to anyone. Thank You all!

In 2015 I contacted David Machek to represent me while filing for disability benefits after years of medical issues which left me unable to work. I can honestly say that seeking out disability has been the most anxiety-inducing situation I've ever dealt with, but man was David a blessing. Not only did David Machek help secure the benefits I needed in court, but throughout the whole process David had a very sincere way of making me feel relaxed about it all. MY insurance had transferred my case to ss & hired David to handle my case..dealing with The health insurance,The appointments,SocialSecurity...etc ...He was was the easiest and calmest person out of all.I was completely going nuts with all insurance and agencies...He explained, things to me & what he needed from me ...We no longer sat down in court and I was approved. I called this office calling to get information regarding an attorney making large errors in my disability hearing I try speaking clearly to properly communicate where my problem was and how to go about it. This woman was very short and did not want to be bothered with helping me get my matter addressed. I’ve been taken advantage of by one attorney who did not get the appropriate records for my case so I was asking this woman what I should do. I have been informed By another attorney that I can file at the federal level. But the attorney I hired told me to file a new application which would mean that the time that I have worked would not apply to my application the new application that is moving forward which would harm my disability payment amount significantly or qualify me for nothing. Going back to this law office so I’m writing this review about very unprofessional and rude
