Branigan and his intake specialist, Brandon, were very nice to me during my legal case inquiry; however, they refused to take my case. I was told by Branigan himself that he was overwhelmed and that I "might have a strong case." I feel like something was fishy about this because a) if he was so overwhelmed, why didn't he block out the intake form on his website so that nobody can contact him? and b) if I "might have a strong case," how come he didn't ask for additional information? I still feel like there's something he's not telling me, and people should be wary about this when it comes to intakes. Often, these procedures are very brief and don't cover all necessary ground. Either way, I received two limited scope legal representation agreements from two different firms because they believe that I have an *extremely* strong case. I decided on one of them. These agreements are just to conduct preliminary investigations, which is what needs to happen. Overall, 4 stars for Branigan and Brandon's niceness, albeit with some slightly dubious vibes. UPDATE: I ended up hiring a different lawyer in early April.

I contacted his firm in the hopes of getting advice and consultation. Even though he couldn’t represent me because of my state of residence, his advice is so incredibly valuable. I took his advice and prepared case timeline and that helped me with getting a great attorney in my state. Everyone I interacted with from this firm was top notch (Brandon is amazing). I am leaving this review with so much appreciation for those interactions, advice, and information he provides in his YT channel and website.

Branigan is accessible meaning he responds quickly. He is also very good at making complex legal concepts understandable and moreover, he was genuinely interested in helping me find the best path for my situation. Branigan was warm, kind, and direct about the realities of my situation. In other words, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to think about to weigh the options at hand. By far, best experience I've had with an attorney. I will never look anywhere else -Branigan earned my trust, confidence and will always be my go to employment law attorney.
