When this lawyers office was assigned to be my public defender they told me to just take the charge because I had no chance of being able to get things dismissed even when there was no evidence so now I am stuck with charges that should have gotten dismissed because I was scared into pleaing guilty by this lawyers office. I would not recommend.

Kristin Burkett is the best court appointed attorney you can get she is amazing at what she does, she helped me get out of a felony 1 and got the case dismissed and was on top of the case the whole time, but Andrew Sanderson is very rude and stuck up and will most likely just be lazy with your case and reffer you to take a plea deal. I left 5 stars because I love Kristin!!!

Public defender means they're on the opposing side and they gather Intel aginst you they do as little as they possibly can on your behalf. The advice I recieved was just take the charge even when the discovery states theres no evidence. How about using that expensive law degree to actually defend your client maybe dig through some case law and stand by our constitution that would be great. Why else become a lawyer if your heart isn't in it and disregard the rule of law and the constitutional rights of the people. Must be all about the money and not going up against your colleagues. Disappointed

Great Attorney was easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of he actually listened to the whole problem and is there when you need them. Will fight for you and your rights under the law. They are great if you have any questions even after your case closes.
