Please avoid this law firm at all costs. Do not let them say I wasn't a client. I was for two weeks amd fired them. Here's the breakdown. Appointment 1 Rick sindel 48 minutes late. Appointment 2 he was 63 minutes late. Both times his pimped out partner comes in all egotistical goes to his office and starts dropping f bombs that could be heard down the hallway. There colleagues have told me these to are the Ringling brothers of attorneys. Rick rarely took ,my calls and took days to respond to my emails. As you can see from the other reviews as well. His colleagues have said he should have hung it up a long time ago, if this firm was the last firm for public represetation I'd rather pay a public defender. The only two professionals in that office was terell at the front desk whom looked very embarrassed when the f bombs came down the hallway and dawn who does billing. Stay away stay away stay away! If I stayed with this firm I would been sunk!

Richard Sindel done an excellent job at the Missouri Western Court of Appeal! He handled my son’s hearing with a strong will researched presentation if facts and supporting information. I felt he was much better prepared vs in the states attorney.

Loved my outcome and he handled business just like he said he would. Couldn’t be more happier with the way he conducted business and got things that I needed taken care of!! Working with Richard Sindel was a nightmare to say the least but I’ll go on . From the time he took our case in 2020 (after payment) until the time it was finally over , his communication was almost nonexistent if I wasn’t reaching out first. Failed to file paper work in time , failed to communicate directly with the client whom paid a great dollar for his services. His attitude was so horrid , I started to question his competence . Ultimately after two years of wasted time , resources , headache and heartache he failed his client on many levels but the bear minimum of effort and communication was the real slap in the face . If you feel you can’t do anything with a case , don’t take it . Dealing with this Man has me questioning all attorneys , agendas , records and seriousness. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone on any day .

I recently had lawyer Ms. Boyce handle a frighting case. She want beyond her duty to make me and my son feel like a special case and went to the very heights to help. The office from walking in to leaving everyone was kind and helpful. There are not enough words to express how Ms.Boyce made me feel relaxed and confident about everything she was doing. She showed caring,compassion,. and understanding. She cares about her client and is straight forward . This law firm showed me everything . I good go on and on but I want everyone to know this firm is the best.
