Child’s Asphyxiation Death Prompts Recall of Toy Dart Gun Play Set by OKK Trading
If a child places the soft, pliable plastic dart in his/her mouth, he/she is likely to choke/aspirate the dart into her/her throat impairing the child’s ability to breathe. If the dart is not immediately removed, brain damage or death can occur.
