		<description>First off.  How many physicians know what the dosing calibration is on the syringe in the box which they probably never see.  Second it is 60mg/5ml concentration.  Why would it take two health professionals 30 min to think.  Well 5ml is 1 tsp so 2.5ml is 1/2 tsp which is half or 30mg  well then so 3/4 tsp must be half in between or 45mg.  Didn&#039;t take 30 minutes.</description>
